Our Returns & Exchange Policy

1. What is your return policy?

At Peachy Skin Bar, we strive to create an enjoyable online shopping experience when you shop with us. 

We do accept the returns of unused items purchased in-store or on our authorized website. Item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel, unless the item is damaged or defective. This apply to both online or in-store purchase. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.

We will only accept the return of unused items that meets the following requirements:

  • Item(s) must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

  • Item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack (i.e Gift Set) must be returned as a whole set.

  • If your order contained samples and Gift with Purchase (GWP), the samples and GWP must also be returned. If the Samples or GWP is not returned with the original product, we regret to inform that your refund will not be processed.

  • This return policy does not apply to item(s), which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

*Please note that we do not accept exchanges under any circumstances unless we dispatched a wrong order or delivered a defective item to you. In general, only offer refunds for returned products. To buy the product you would like, we ask that you place a new order.

2. How to return your order?

Please contact Peachy's Customer Service Team at hello@peachyskinbar.com with your order number and image of item/parcel received to explain the reason for return and confirm the return products and quantity. (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, excluding Public Holidays). We will liaise to check if your return request is acceptable according to above Peachy's Return Policy.

To return: 

  • Please pack the return products in the original package and ensure it's sealed to prevent any damage during transit. (Refunds will be cancelled if there are damages to goods during return transit.)

    For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Peachy Skin Bar.

Our Refund Terms & Process

Returns are processed and refunded by our team within 14 days of receipt of your parcel at our warehouse. If you do not receive your refund within 14 days after we received your parcel, please email us at hello@peachyskinbar.com with your order number, and shipping slip.

Please note that your refund only include product cost + 7% GST. We do not refund any shipping cost associated with the purchase or return. 

Return/ Exchange For Damaged Product Or Wrong Order

We're really sorry to hear that you have received a less than satisfactory purchase from us. Please contact Peachy's Customer Service Team at hello@peachyskinbar.com with your order number and image of item/parcel received (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, excluding Public Holidays). We will guide your return/exchange process. 

In a quick summary, you may (a) exchange your products or (b) obtain a full refund if the products in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the products you have received are not the products you originally ordered. To obtain a refund or exchange of the products to us, please return products within fourteen (14) business days as of the delivery date.

  • Exchange

When exchanging damaged or faulty products or incorrect deliveries, we will dispatch replacement items to you free of charge provided once we have received the return products in your order in the condition in which you received them.

  • Refund

When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund (to the original credit, debit card or online banking account used to make the online purchase):

a) the full purchase price;
b) the delivery charges incurred in delivering the products to you;

provided you first return the products in your order to us in the condition in which you received them. If you fail to return products to us we may charge you for the products or the cost incurred in collecting them from you.

Allergy Reaction To Our Product 

Our products went through vigorous selection, curation, and meticulous formulation tests by our skincare expert team before they hit our shelves. We believe our products will be suitable for most customers but if you have experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, please get in touch with our Peachy Customer Service Team at hello@peachyskinbar.com.

Your input will help us understand your situation better. In your email, please include:

  • Your order number/ name of the outlet the item was purchased from;
  • The full name of the product that caused an allergic reaction; and
  • A detailed description of the symptoms experienced after using our products

Our Customer Service Team may also ask for:

  • A full view photo of your store receipt (if applicable);
  • Photos of the product; and
  • Photos of the affected area

Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, we always suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. 

Your Order Has Not Been Delivered, But It Was Returned; What Can I Do?

If the delivery service was unable to deliver your package, your package will be returned to us. All returned packages will be redispatched at cost to the customer.
